SupplyCore is proud to announce that two of our associates, Lauren Zerey and Andre Balka, have been recognized by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce as 40 Under Forty honorees. 40 Under Forty is a regional distinction awarded to individuals who have established themselves as leaders both professionally and civically.
Lauren Zerey is SupplyCore’s Manager of Strategic Support. She connects the dots between our systems, ideas, and strategies, and is involved in every aspect of the SupplyCore business. Lauren is also the Chair of the Strategic Support Team Engagement Committee for Transform Rockford, where she leads a committee focused on recruiting and interacting with new Transform Rockford volunteers, onboarding them to the overall movement and introducing them to various volunteer opportunities.
Andre Balka is SupplyCore’s Human Resources Manager. Andre leads our HR department of five associates and interfaces with all departments while managing various systems, developing new policies, and working to strengthen SupplyCore’s culture. Andre leads the SupplyCore Activities Committee, our internal employee committee dedicated to creating volunteer, social, and networking opportunities for our associates. He coordinates fundraising and community events that benefit local non-profits and agencies, and under his direction, our annual employee charity auction has grown significantly.
SupplyCore is one of only two companies to have more than one employee receive the 2019 40 Under Forty honor. We are proud to have Lauren and Andre as our associates and leaders. They will be honored on November 7, 2019 at a reception in Rockford.
