If you are approved, please look out for an email with the subject line, “Action Required: SupplyCore Vendor Registration,” to register to do business with SupplyCore.

All suppliers are strongly encouraged to be registered in SAM.gov.

SAM.gov allows companies who do business with the U.S. Government as sub-awardees to get a Unique Entity ID (UEI) without doing a full entity registration. That application process is minimal and only validates the entity’s legal business name and address.

Instructions for obtaining the UEI only application are as follows:

Login to SAM.gov and go to Workspace
Select “Add New Entity”
Select “Create New Entity”
Select the following purpose of your registration: “Unique Entity ID Only”
After you select your purpose of the registration (Unique Entity ID Only) and your entity type, you will enter the following information to get a Unique Entity ID:
- Legal Business Name
- Physical Address (a post office box may not be used as your physical address)
- Date of Incorporation/Organization
- State of Incorporation (Entities outside the U.S. may need to provide alternate information)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) (Non-U.S. entities only)
Once submitted, your company name and address will be validated by SAM.gov. and the company will be assigned a UEI.
