Multiple Procurement Channels
SupplyCore offers several different vehicles to purchase materiel: the MRO Prime Vendor Program, the Fleet Automotive Support Initiative, the GSA Hardware SuperStore, and DOD EMALL.
Customers have access to SupplyCore’s web-based purchasing
system, Inventory-In-Motion, and an extensive supply network with the aim of improving
logistics response times, increasing productivity and allocating operational
expenses across SupplyCore’s existing customer base.
DLA MRO Prime Vendor Program
The MRO Prime Vendor Program provides a single, streamlined source of materiel and supplies to maintain and operate your facilities from a pre-qualified, prescreened integrated supplier. SupplyCore can provide a full range of products, including building materials, communications equipment, and power tools, HVAC, electrical, safety gear and more, all from reputable manufacturers.
One of the reasons for the success of the Prime Vendor programs are the benefits they provide the base or installation user, the command, and the taxpayer. These benefits include speed, flexible capacity, logistics expertise, both CONUS and OCONUS support, contractual oversight and controls, cost controls, resource availability and customer service, and a safe and controlled way to execute funding obligations.
The DLA has awarded and re-awarded SupplyCore several MRO
Prime Vendor contracts around the world due to SupplyCore’s
flexible technology, distribution capabilities, and by quickly adapting
to and satisfying the government requirements.

SupplyCore offers thousands of parts that keep the Defense Department’s tanks, trucks and bulldozers rolling. Under the initiative, SupplyCore handles not only acquisition and delivery of parts, but also forecasting and inventory management.
