Meet the leaders of SupplyCore Inc. based in Rockford, Illinois:

Peter Provenzano, President and CEO
Peter Provenzano Provenzano is President and Chief Executive Officer of SupplyCore Inc. He has led SupplyCore in winning multiple defense contracts in support of U.S. troops worldwide.
Mr. Provenzano is a strong supporter of the defense industry and founder of the Great Lakes Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). As the CEO of a small business, he is an advocate of small business participation in defense contracts as both primes and subcontractors. He has successfully advocated to have unrestricted prime contracts reviewed as potential small business set-asides. In 2008, Mr. Provenzano guided SupplyCore in winning the FASI-G Small Business Set-Aside contract to provide tactical wheeled vehicle spare parts to troops worldwide. The FASI-G Set-Aside contract is one of the largest small business set-asides ever awarded by the Department of Defense.
During Mr. Provenzano's tenure, SupplyCore has been awarded Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500 award five years in a row and inducted into the Inc. Hall of Fame. This annual award recognizes America's fastest-growing privately-owned companies. Today, SupplyCore maintains a worldwide network of offices in Japan, Okinawa, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Illinois, California, South Carolina, Missouri, Florida, Ohio, and Georgia.
Mr. Provenzano has maintained SupplyCore's headquarters in his hometown where he is very active in the community. He was honored with the Rockford Park District's Community Service Award in 2010. In addition to participating on numerous Boards, Mr. Provenzano is Chairman of the Rock River Development Partnership (RRDP), a public/private partnership he co-founded with Rockford's Mayor. In May 2011, he was inducted into the Rockford Area Convention and Visitors Bureau's "Tourism Hall of Fame" for his work with RRDP and establishing the Rockford City Market.

Chuck Beach, Vice President of Information Technology
Chuck Beach received his BS and MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Rockford College. Mr. Beach came to SupplyCore in 2000 after working for almost 20 years at Hamilton-Sundstrand, an aerospace division of United Technologies.
At Hamilton-Sundstrand, Mr. Beach was heavily involved with automation, systems integration, E-Commerce, global networking, and was a long-time participant on the TQM Committee. Mr. Beach also served with an IBM Users Group and co-authored a number of white papers.
At SupplyCore, Mr. Beach helped design, develop, and implement the I.T. systems that help drive the SupplyCore business vision for rapid integration into customer, supplier, and partner systems. Going beyond simple E-commerce transactions, SupplyCore systems include unparalleled extensibility that can adapt to customer and vendor procurement rules for greater efficiencies. SupplyCore systems proved their value in how easily and quickly they adapted to complex government and DOD systems, achieving 100% electronic integration with every system the company works with. The 100% internet enabled systems allow SupplyCore to quickly deploy to anywhere in the world, enhancing SupplyCore’s willingness and adaptability to ever-changing customer initiatives.

Steve Cotone, Vice President of Program Management
Steve Cotone is Vice President of Program Management at SupplyCore Inc. Mr. Cotone joined SupplyCore in 2005. He serves as Vice President, Program Management responsible for the North Central MRO Prime Vendor contract, Southeast MRO Prime Vendor contract, Foreign Military Sales contract, CONUS GSA Hardware SuperStore, and CONUS GSA Facilities Maintenance schedules with a total annual value of over $40,000,000. Mr. Cotone is also responsible for the Global Fleet Automotive Support Initiative (FASI-G) program.
Mr. Cotone graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and studies in Law Enforcement. Prior to joining SupplyCore, Mr. Cotone was a counselor at a residential facility focused on housing inner-city kids involved in gang activity in the Chicago land area. He spent time at Aramark Uniform services as a route sales representative and Regional Manager in the Madison, Wisconsin area. From 1995 to 2005, Mr. Cotone worked for Textron Fastening Systems. In 1997, he transferred to Fishers, IN and spent three years working for Textron Fastening Systems Automotive division as a sales representative calling on tiered automotive companies including Borg Warner Automotive, Delco Remy America and heavy truck engine manufacturer, Cummins Engine. In 2003, Mr. Cotone accepted assignment into Textron's Six Sigma program. His responsibilities while a Textron Black Belt in Six Sigma included project management, leading training sessions, waste reduction, change agent, developing training procedures and developing sales processes.
Mr. Cotone's current responsibilities at SupplyCore include leading the CONUS outside sales team and supporting bases within their contract regions. Mr. Cotone meets regularly with key base personal as well as DLA Troop Support personal to review SupplyCore's performance, work on continuous improvement efforts, and explore and develop new opportunities to support our troops. Mr. Cotone's responsibilities within the FASI-G contract include working closely with DLA Land and Maritime personal, the end users and SupplyCore associates to ensure that SupplyCore is exceeding all contract expectations. Mr. Cotone also attends the quarterly performance review meetings, meets regularly with key end users, distributes semi annual customer surveys and takes action as trends indicate.

Matt Marshall, Vice President of Finance
Matthew Marshall is a graduate of Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with an MBA, Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant. As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Marshall is responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, risk management and part of the strategic planning committee.
Prior to joining SupplyCore in 2000, Mr. Marshall worked in public accounting for several years specializing in construction, financial institution and healthcare sectors of private companies.

Mike Paul, Vice President of Logistics Services
Mike Paul is Vice President of Logistics Services for SupplyCore. In this role, his responsibilities include oversight of global logistics and distribution, warehousing, customer correspondence, subcontracting, supplier development, pricing, and inventory management. Additionally, he manages the business development department team for all U.S. and international efforts, while providing most of the direct support for partnership and projects in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia regions.
Prior to this position, Mr. Paul spent four months as the Vice President of Operations and Logistics Services and over three years as Vice President of New Business at SupplyCore Middle East, now Arwadh Trading. Arwadh Trading, the Saudi-based sister company of SupplyCore, supports several U.S. Department of Defense contracts on behalf of SupplyCore within the CENTCOM region, performs extensive Saudi Government contracting work, and sells, installs and services equipment from numerous U.S. manufacturers in the power, oil/gas, waste water and beverage sectors. Mr. Paul was vital to the establishment of many of Arwadh's exclusive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) relationships, the Arwadh business strategy and their rebranding in 2011.
Raised in Seattle, WA, the son of a retired FAA division manager and U.S. Air Force Viet Nam Veteran, Mr. Paul came to SupplyCore with the ambition of assisting the U.S. Government in their efficiency efforts. His career began in the construction industry, where he worked for companies across the U.S. managing everything from small residential and commercial construction projects, to large highway reconstructions and Army base infrastructure developments. Additionally, he spent the first three years of his career in the environmental investigation and remediation business. During college, Mr. Paul spent two summers working at the U.S. Embassy in Brussels, Belgium, and processing visits and transfers for EU, NATO, and U.S. Military and Government officials. Immediately prior to joining SupplyCore, Mr. Paul was a sales engineer for Hard Dollar, a heavy construction software company. Using his experience in the construction industry, he sold and implemented estimating and project management software solutions to both small and large (Fortune 100) companies.
Earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer from the University of Arizona in 1994 and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Averett College in 2000, Mr. Paul has taken on many career challenges with great success. Married with two young children, he spends much of his free time taking care of his family and volunteering for numerous local civic organizations.

Anna Parnello, Director of Human Resources
Anna Parnello is the Director of Human Resources at SupplyCore Inc. Ms. Parnello has been working in human resources for over ten years. With a Bachelor’s degree in business administration management, a PHR (Professional of Human Resources) certification through HRCI (HR Certification Institute), and a CCP certification
(Certified Compensation Professional), Ms. Parnello has implemented organizational development programs and tools that assist managers in carrying out their responsibilities in hiring and retaining top talent. Prior to joining SupplyCore, Ms. Parnello worked for the City of
Loves Park in the City Treasurer’s Office serving the elected official with accounting responsibilities.
In 2000, Ms. Parnello joined SupplyCore as HR Generalist, became the Human Resource Manager in 2004, and the Director of Human Resources in 2009. Ms. Parnello is responsible for managing the implementation and coordination of policies and programs covering employment, placement, orientation, training and development, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services. Ms. Parnello manages the consistent implementation of human resources policies and practices in several locations in the U.S. and abroad.
