Flexible Technology

Inventory-in-Motion (IIM) is SupplyCore's online procurement system which allows government and military personnel to shop for and purchase MRO material from more than 350,000 catalog items, request quotes for non-catalog items and services, and streamline current purchasing procedures. The IIM system is available to all SupplyCore clients free via the Internet, and the system is configurable to client requirements and specifications.




IIM's Features

Extensive Catalog
IIM houses a catalog containing 17 master categories with more than 350,000 items. Categories include Material Handling Equipment, Building Materials, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Power Tools, Office Equipment, Safety, and more.

Client Catalogs
To avoid lengthy catalog searches and make repetitive buys quicker, SupplyCore creates individual catalogs based on historical purchases, and offers clients the ability to create and edit their own custom catalogs.

Spot-Buys/RFQ
IIM features a free form requisition area where users can input specifications for non-catalog or hard-to-find items. Our staff of sourcing professionals will locate the item and send the purchase information to the user for final approval.

Reporting
Select from a variety of customizable reports to track your spend. Group by commodity, individual user or entire location, specific time periods, MIPR, order status, invoice details, or you may request your own.

Approval Heirarchy
Approvers receive e-mail notifications when requisitions are submitted that require approval, either by exceeding a dollar threshold or other criteria. Approvers also have the ability to view all historical and current requisitions.

User-Defined Fields
Each buying location can utilize multiple user-defined fields (UDFs). These fields can house buying location-specific information such as Purchase Order numbers, Document Numbers, or other unique departmental codes.
