History

SupplyCore was established in 1987 as a one-room, family operation that functioned as a traditional distributor to the aerospace and defense industries. The dedication was always apparent, and the constant desire to take it a step further led to the creation of a highly-skilled and enthusiastic team of individuals who thrive on challenges.

Ten years later with a small office and just 12 associates, SupplyCore began offering integrated logistic solutions and web-based procurement for maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) materials. Since then, SupplyCore offered its services through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Prime Vendor program and became a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Holder. SupplyCore, since then, has expanded to over 100 associates and now distributes MRO supplies and tactical vehicle parts to customers worldwide.

SupplyCore will celebrate its 25th Anniversary in 2012. SupplyCore currently has offices in Japan, Okinawa, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, California, Missouri, Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and its headquarters in the heart of Rockford, Illinois.

SupplyCore is currently a member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Logistics Officer Association (LOA), and the American Business Council of Kuwait (ABC-K).

Recognized for Quality

SupplyCore has been noted for exceptional quality and service and was recently awarded the Outstanding Readiness Support Award from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and three Best Value Medals from the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). SupplyCore has been listed on Inc. magazine's list of the 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States for five consecutive years due to its expanding client base and commitment to quality.

SupplyCore has received the Bronze DLA Land and Maritime Recognition for Excellence Award in both 2009 and 2010. This recognition of contractors for excellent performance is measured by ABVS. Not only was SupplyCore recognized for maintaining an ABVS score between 98.0 and 98.9, but we were also selected based on our business ethics and integrity.

SupplyCore is proud to be ISO 9001:2008 certified by Intertek (Certification Number US-2635a). This certification satisfies the most recent ISO standards and verifies that SupplyCore has policies and procedures in place to promote quality work, verified by an independent audit. SupplyCore continuously monitors its activities as well as the activities of its suppliers in order to maintain its high standards and improve response times.
