Inventory-in-Motion (IIM) is SupplyCore's online materiel procurement system which allows government and military personnel to shop for and purchase MRO material from more than 350,000 catalog items, submit RFQ's for non-catalog items and services, and streamline current purchasing procedures. The IIM system is free via the Internet, and the system is configurable to client requirements and specifications.

IIM features a free-form requisition area where users can input specifications for non-catalog or hard-to-find items. SupplyCore's staff of sourcing professionals will locate the item and send the purchase information to the user electronically for final approval.

IIM also incorporates automated workflows and approval hierarchies so any authorizations and approvals are done behind the scenes. The progress of your Spot Buy is instantly available within IIM, and you will be notified via email at any step that requires your input, such as approving the sourced item and its price.

To submit a Spot Buy, sign in to IIM at www.supplycore.com and follow the steps below.


1) Select Quotes from the menubar along the top of the page.





2) Enter the specifications for your part on the Quote Request Form then click Save and Review Order. If you would like to submit addtional RFQ's, click Save and Add Another Item. You may also submit a spreadsheet for lists of multiple items .


3) Review your Order on the Order Details page to select and verify your shipping details.



4) Click Submit Quote Lines to submit your request to SupplyCore.
