Start Compiling Your
Year End Wish Lists
Each year leading up to fiscal year end in September, SupplyCore acts in concert with customers to generate “wish lists” that those customers may wish to buy using year end funding.
Customers are requested to provide a prioritized list of material identified by NSNs, manufacturer’s number, or (if previously bought through SupplyCore) the SupplyCore stock number.  SupplyCore will use those lists to obtain pricing and DSCP pre-approval on the items.
When last-minute funds become available the customer can then assign money from committed to obligated in just one simple step knowing the price and then the item can be obtained through the Prime Vendor program.  The advantage of wish lists is swift purchasing execution, which allows customers to not risk losing their allotted spend for any given year.
Contact your regional representative to begin your wish list today.

With troops being deployed to Afghanistan and other Middle Eastern countries, SupplyCore has increased our efforts on emergency and spot-buy orders for hard to find parts and materiel required before and after deployment.
SupplyCore has procured large emergency tool orders, welders, and welding equipment for troops deploying with the 96th ASB.  We have also been able to reset kits before the troops deployed back out providing them mission critical items in the field. SupplyCore has also provided troops, such as the 160th Special Forces, with extensive tool lists just before deployment including kits, tools, fasteners, and pipe. For troops deploying to Afghanistan, SupplyCore procures items from CONUS locations and then ships the items to CONUS bases. The supplies are then consolidated at the base for delivery to Afghanistan.   SupplyCore has also increased efforts towards preparing troops that are training to go to Afghanistan. We are able to place orders very quickly and have them delivered in a short time span. Recently, SupplyCore supplied the Fort Stewart Forscom group with locker units for storing clothing and gear before they left for training. We also installed an emergency generator to supply power to the entire Winn army hospital at Fort Stewart in case power was lost from the main station. This order was completed, installed, and up and running within 30 days providing the hospital with critical life supporting power if needed during emergencies.
More recently, SupplyCore was able to provide Mobile work benches before deployment to desert training for the 703rd units as well as several 10 ton Jacks for the 226th Maintenance group to accomplish work during deployment for training.

Atlanta Warehouse Expansion

SupplyCore’s Atlanta-based warehouse has relocated to a larger, more efficient space which allows us to hold more inventories, resulting in faster order consolidation and reduced logistics response times.
SupplyCore currently has five warehouses located in Atlanta, GA, Kansas City, MO, Santa Fe Springs, CA, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia totaling over 180,000 square feet of storage around the world. All of SupplyCore’s warehouses have 24/7 customer service via an emergency phone number as well as emergency order shipping available on holidays and weekends. • Worldwide Support: MCAS Iwakuni

By combining the ability to support relatively remote locations, deal in the in-country language, and coordinate projects with local vendors, SupplyCore has proven its value and the appeal of DSCP’s Prime Vendor program to Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni in Japan.
Starting with relatively simple purchases of repair and maintenance material, SupplyCore proved the significance of the Prime Vendor program to the customer by decreasing their turn-around time to execution and increasing order visibility and financial accountability.  Furthermore, the ability to get projects completed in a timely manner, order exactly the material they required, and the ability to have a high degree of control and tracking over the shipping of materials has prompted MCAS Iwakuni to increase their use of SupplyCore’s procurement capabilities every year. As a result, since 2005 SupplyCore has grown its business with MCAS Iwakuni more than 400%.
As MCAS Iwakuni prepares for the ongoing buildup of troops brought on by the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process, SupplyCore hopes to remain a steadfast partner by offering its valued customer with integrated logistics and supply-chain solutions.
